how do i pay for services?

When signing up through our app, Scout for Pet Parents, you’ll be prompted to securely add a credit card on file before requesting services with Paws and Claws Pet Services Florida.

All service charges for the week (Monday through Sunday) are processed on Tuesday mornings, and you’ll automatically receive an emailed invoice receipt for your records at that time. We do NOT accept cash payments.

Will I have the opportunity to meet the team members who will be caring for my pets before my trip?

Absolutely! Your peace of mind is our top priority. Once we’ve matched you with the best Team Member(s) for your pets, we’ll coordinate a convenient time for everyone to meet in person. During the Meet & Greet, we’ll review your pets’ routines, schedules, and go over any important home access details.

Please allow up to one hour for the Meet & Greet so we can ensure everything is thoroughly covered and you feel completely comfortable before your trip.

so i may have multiple team members caring for my pets?

Yes, you will meet each team member before they’re given access to your home.

At Paws and Claws Pet Services Florida, we believe in creating a reliable support system for both you and your pets. That’s why we assign a small, trusted team—rather than a single sitter—to your household.

Many of our team members have full-time jobs, families, or pets of their own. By having multiple trained and background-checked professionals familiar with your home and pet routine, we ensure seamless coverage in the event of unexpected situations like illness, car trouble, or scheduling conflicts.

This team-based approach gives you peace of mind knowing your pets will always be in good hands—no matter what life throws our way.

how can we tip our team members?

You’ll receive an email update after each completed visit. Within that email, you’ll have the option to add a tip for your sitter—available for up to 48 hours after the visit.

If you miss that window, no worries! We’re happy to add the tip to your upcoming invoice before it's processed. You’re also welcome to leave cash tips directly for your Team Members if you prefer.
